I, Yeoh Lien Thong, known as Yeoh, began my real estate life in 2011. Specialized in dealing with residential, commercial, land, and industrial property. Covered mainly in Penang Island properties. I started my first real estate job at Sayang Realty in 2011 as a junior real estate negotiator, promoted as Team Leader in 2012. Sayang Realty then synergized with Act fast Properties and establish Urban Prestige Properties (UPP). I joined CBD Properties in July 2015 as a Senior Real Estate Negotiator until the present. During this period, I enrolled in an Estate Agency course and graduated in 2019. Now my title in this industry is Probationary Estate Agent. I specialize in handling the sales and purchase of residential, commercial/retail, industrial properties, lease, and project marketing as well as the corporate office. Now my company name changed, from CBD Properties Penang to Megaciti Realty, since June 2025.
