Our piles are casted in various length to be joined at site to suit requirements. This flexibility in determining total pile length will cut wastage to a minimum. In order to provide a wide range of products, we also manufacture JKR piles that fully complied to JKR specification. Product & Services PRODUCTION TCP piles are manufactured under stringent conditions from raw materials rigorously selected in accprdance to TCP specifications. Stringent checks are done on reinforcement cages and joints for steel quality, spacing and stirrup pitch before placing on specially design steel moulds where piles from 3.00 metres to 12.00 metres can be manufactured to the same tolerances. High strength, durable and consistent high concrete mixture of more than 45N/mm2 is used and delivered to the moulds where vibrating pokers are used to provide good compaction and fihish. TCP piles are stacked on firm levelled locations on timber supports aligned vertically layer by layer.
